Personnel Dossier // The Administrator

The Administrator is the primary governing unit of The Foundation. It is the lead body of the O5 Council and all proposals made by the O5 Council are vetted and approved by The Administrator. The Administrator cannot make decisions on its own. Instead, The Administrator is the final vote when unanimous decisions cannot be made by the O5 council, acting as a tiebreaker.
