The Foundation utilizes its different departments for different reasons. However, the departments work together ultimately to maintain the S.C.P. Triad and to ensure the smooth execution of the Secure Contain Protect procedures. Each department is just as important as the next (and yes, janitors matter just as much as The Administrator here at The Foundation!).
